Went to IMM to shop yst..was looking at wedding photos outside the bridal shop with kh..then the shoplady invited us into her shop to promote her packages..wa...take photos + rent wedding gown/suits + rent car + make-up = $3K+ ..wa..i din noe it's so x..plus the dinner n evythg..think evythg will sum up to abt $10K+...wa...better start saving up early..the gowns r so pretty..i cant wait to put it on..as the saying goes, a bride looks the prettiest on her wedding day..i wan to look pretty for my husband on that day..really looking forward now..I wonder why do couples get married..duh, of cos for the sake of love..but what is it abt love? They feel that they are compatible and can live together without clashing? They feel that it's time to get married and start up a family? They feel that they are both financially independent and rich enough to get married? What is the element that push couples to get married? Couples who hv been tgt for many many yrs but not married..what is the element that makes them want to get married finally aft a period of many years? finally saved enough? finally ready? Shd marriage be that way? If you have been dating that guy for a few years..and all you do is to meet up a few times each week..and you are contented with that..what makes you think that by marrying you will be happier?
"Marry not a man you can live with, marry a man you cant live without"..the point here is to marry a man you cant live without..and I am glad to say that i've finally found that special man..
Again, what makes a wedding proposal special? Is it the act itself or the idea? If you ald noe that it's a matter of time that u will get married, will it still be special? Or is it special bcos that idea hv nv crossed ur mind? How will you like to hear your to-be-husband propose to you? The most-not-romantic line i ever heard of is "Shall we apply for a HDB flat tgt?"..ladies, if you ever hear that, pls do not let the guys off so easily by saying "I do"..afterall, this is only once-in-a-lifetime event..all of you deserve smthg special..
